If I was the seller I would send you a new neck gratis.
Having that act known internationally via this forum would
be a public relations coup well worth the cost of the neck.

Approx. measurement at the 12th fret slot: .97" / 27.5mm

Approx. measurement at 1st fret (nut side): 3/4 " / 19 mm

The body is getting closer to the neck color. In any event, it it significantly darker than when it arrived, but then, so is the neck !

Ever see a Bare Knuckle neck? Sp8ctre has one. I needed a flat shim, so I cut ths BKP coaster to size and then sprayed it with polyurethane until it was impregnated with it. I think this will make it stiffer and much more moisture resistant than a coaster should already be in the first place.

Did you look in the guitar case? I sent some Stew Mac shims...although the Bare Knuckle shim is cool.

So was that neck a 50s style like baseball bat neck or how does its measurements compare to one of your bolt necks

The shims you sent are tapered. They would change the neck angle. As far as I can tell, the pocket and angle are fine. Thus, I had to make this shim.
