I actually have enough room to have the Peavey amp out; I don't have to keep it stashed away in a closet, anymore!

There's a Marshall amp next to the Peavey, but you don't see it. The chair is in the way.

Well, since I "go to work" at the desk you see in the picture, I'm able to keep an eye on it!

Well, the office/music room is pretty much together now.
Most of the instruments have found their home:
That dresser is filled with all my miscellaneous guitar parts, guitar tools, and stashes of stuff.
The amps form a cozy wall:
My desk, with my floor processor - that I use for practicing, my mixer, and computer.
I think we're just about moved in!

From my real estate agent regarding the sale of my old house:
“The appraisal came in at our contract sales price and there were no lender required repairs. Also, the buyer's lender gave a final commitment letter for their loan. We are on target for settlement…”

Final week.
Settlement on the old house is this Friday. Today, a friend of mine with a large pickup and trailer came over to the old house and we loaded my lawn tractor, my table saw, one of my air compressors, and some other items onto his trailer and brought them to the new house.
I mowed the lawn at the old house for the last time yesterday! Now, I just gotta keep the pool looking decent through Thursday. I’ll give it one more thorough cleanout, in addition to keeping the skimmers clean, and make sure the chlorine levels are good.
