When you DO get the chance to crank it, go for broke until furniture gets displaced lol congrats my friend!NGD! It arrived. Perfectly setup and tuned right out of the box. Sweetwater really goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Haven't been able to crank it with the wife being sick, but I can tell these P-90's are going to be a beast.
Congratulations! I do enjoy a guitar with that equipment list! A lot of ground can be covered with a pair of P90s set into a slab of mahogany

I'm beginning to see where the loyalty to Les Paul's comes from. My wife was feeling better this morning and wanted to hear how the new guitar sounded. One of her favorite songs (and one of a few I can actually play) is Green Grass and High Tides by the Outlaws. I started playing it and was amazed that EVERY chord was in tune. Barre or open. As much as I love my Strat's, they can be frustrating keeping in tune sometimes. I was really getting into it. I was plugged into the JTM45 and going at about volume 4. Those P-90's were singing! I know that my new LP would be considered bottom of the line of LP's, but I think my eyes have been opened.

So just like that, almost over night it seems, now you're a Tele AND a LP man....am I getting this right? I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this!
