The Rat Hunter ( UPDATE)

When our kids were very young, a couple of the neighbors behind us had chickens, and the rats used to feed on the chicken feed, I did as you Mike I used a BB gun and laid waste to them, and the ones that got in the garage, would eat the poison feed I put out for them.
I also left the water in the 5 gallon bucket when I washed our trucks.
Would find them in the bucket as well.
Sorry you have inconsiderate neighbors !!
Cheers

Appreciate that bud! I was actually looking up that water bucket trick, like you mentioned. Might set out a couple of those tomorrow near the fence.

I seen where someone filled a bucket , blew up a balloon and placed it down inside just above the water and sprinkled dry food ontop the balloon. Rat scurries up and feeds, scratches the balloon by accident and it pops and drowns them lol

I’ve used this trap for more than a year now. When we bought this place the unfinished level under the main floor was not sealed to the outside. It wasn’t rat infested, but did have some mice. I set this up using peanut butter and the first night got 6 of them. I have been working on sealing up all entry points and once I get the last phase of drywall installed it will be sealed. I’m down to less than one small mouse a week.

They climb up the ramp to get the PB and the water bottle just rolls them into the water. Heck, I had one last month where I had moved the bucket and didn’t have the ramp. One of the damn things had to have jumped from a nearby box and well, he was in for the surprise!

Forget the guns! Try something new! These are lots of fun!

My only problem is im incredibly stupid and would probably inhale when i put my mouth to it lmao

When you absolutely, positively gotta kill each and every rat in the surrounding tri-city area: accept no substitutes

If you kill the neighbors maybe better ones will move in :)
Lol im convinced there's this factory on the outskirts of town. It reeks of Sudafed, Lithium Batteries and propane. In this "factory", not only does it produce the finest Shake n Bake in the Appalachian region; it is also a secret cloning lab and these tweakers are just produced out on a few generic avatars. Because I swear as soon as one disappears, another one that looks identical pops back up lmao

Id definitely try one. Had a neighbor that used to have one and he was really good with it: could drive darts thru a 1/4" sheet of plywood lol
My boss bought some bc I told him he wasn't cool bc he didn't own blow guns.(He has an armory) We printed off pics of the annoying guy in the office & hung them on the wall. We had a contest. First with paintballs, then darts. It was fun. Especially when annoying guy walked in. :pound-hand:
