Not bad. Since cell phones and speed dial, nobody memorizes phone numbers! I remember my parents but forget my own.

As Mama Gump said, a person only needs so much money. The rest is just for showing off.

Phone number money leads to bad places. It is no longer about purchasing, but rather about power. That gets dangerous.

Power can be used to end suffering, but that is no longer a simple life, although it is a worthy one.

Simplicity leads to happiness. Simplicity requires enough money to keep people off your back (bosses and bill collectors mostly). Keep it simple friends!

I have seen it on tv shows, and done this myself: call the number anyway just to hear the message (if it is their voice) of one you miss.

After my dad passed in 2006 I digitally recorded my dad’s analog recording of his voice greeting from his answering machine. Set the file to my 6 siblings.
