Be thankful for the free fertilizer. :io:
Sad but true story: the company i currently work for, does a lot of sewage treatment plants both new and updates. So you're often around the most vile scummy things you can imagine ( and it IS worse than i initially believed).

But the main way they operate is return the liquid waste back into freshwater ( rivers , creeks, lakes or oceans) after its separated all the real nasty stuff and then treated it with enough chemicals to melt a driveway. The other nasty stuff ( the solid waste) goes thru a whole weird process and ultimately gets ran thru either a belt press, screw press or centrifuge and gets loaded into dump trucks to be buried in landfills.

People actually BUY that stuff and use it on gardens. The landfills will gladly sell it off, as much as you can take and bigger farms have no problem with it. They will lay it out in the sun, dry it and then cut it like an enormous birthday cake.

Its quiet disgusting honestly lol

Yeah, enough time in the sun and all the bad stuff breaks down until it's inert. It really does make good fertilizer....although for food production I'd really be more comfortable using regular animal manure......not that it's too much different at all, but the :poo: works!

That's the biggest selling point here: no real infighting and certainly no brutal, senseless ripping and trolling. Sure, everyone has friendly jabs with one another, but its lighthearted and in harmless fun. Sometimes we disagree on certain things but it never really boils over into a hate fueled battle royale
Why don't you just shut up you sniveling putz! :flame:

Wait... what?

I meant to say: I love ya Mike!

I know all to well what you speak of.
I worked on equipment for a golf course for a couple of years and they used poop from Milwaukee.
Yep, it's a fact, imported used poop from southern Wisconsin all the way to Florida's gulf coast, just so vacationers had nice green golf courses to play on in the "winter "months.

It smelled pretty funky when they'd be spreading it. Being dry it was pretty dusty too.
The poor guy that had to drive the spreader usually got a nice dusting of the foul grit.

And sometimes the bar screen flicks things on you that shouldn’t have been flushed in the first place.

:rolf:

That's the main reason I don't do any social media at all - no FB, no IG, no Twitter, no other forums, nothing. People take themselves way too seriously everywhere else.

I can be a minor jackass at times and (most of) you guys just take it in stride. I've seen people get majorly inflamed on other forums for trivial stuff and that kept me away all these years. It wasn't until I bought something from Adrian a couple years ago on Reverb that I gave this place a chance -- mainly because he begged me and kept sending me free Peavey knick-knacks and rubber guitar picks, etc, but you get my point.

So I guess that's a tribute to all y'all. I hate getting all mushy while I'm sober.

Great job Adrian! Bribery will get you anywhere!!!
