THE Official TTR Friday Thread..........

Did somebody say rum?
Nicaragua is know for their rum, Flora de Cana. It is available in various ages. The extra light is aged 4 years. I just happen to have a bottle on my desk now.

They have 12 year, 18 year, 25 year old rum. 4 year stats off clear and as it ages it darkens. By 25 years it's pretty dark, I believe just the way that @eSGEe likes it.

Another thing that Nicaragua is know for is their coffee. I think I sent a couple of members here samples of Flora de Cana and coffee beans back from my trip to Nicaragua a few years back. I'm not a coffee drinker unless it's in a Frappuccino. However this coffee I really enjoyed. Sorry there are no pictures to show, it was consumed long ago. Great rum! Great coffee! I ask you, how can you top that?

Well let's see... Take the great coffee and let Kana de Flora put their brew masters together in one room and turn them loose. It just so happens that I have this old bottle laying around...

Happy Friday to one and all!!!

One. I'm so used to you grabbing either a les paul or a V that at first i didn't think it was you ( SG's rock but almost if not all videos i've seen from you its a les paul or a V). Two, that was a really AWESOME riff!
Thank ya Matt, if you scroll through any of my sorry clips you will see this faded SG quite a bit brother.
Thank you for the compliment brother..
Cheers

Oh im sure, i've had to at least seen it a few times. Life gets busy and you know how i can be off and on again. Then again, Ramo needs company so you know i'll always be back

I got it when I was visiting the track, and surrounding countryside.
Did you get to drive the ring? That was a dream of mine when I had the race car. There was a deal where you could take delivery of a BMW in Germany and tour Europe. A drive around the ring was included. Then they would ship the car back to Canada or the US for you. I could never come up with the cash. A buddy did it but his car blew the transfer case before he was finished the drive around Europe. They gave him a different car but it was shipped directly to Canada so he missed his slot on the ring.

No, I didn't. I didn't want to risk killing my cousin's 20 year old Saab. I could have rented an Audi R8, but it was out of my budget. My other cousin promised me some hot laps the next time I visit, as he works for ATE and they have several test cars at the Ring. He also knows the track quite well. I'd prefer to take a spin with someone who knows the track.
