Purple Strat!

This afternoon it was.

Been playing with the Brian Moore the last couple of days. It’s got a boat load of tone choices (including the piezo).

It has taken a while, but I’m starting to like this SG. For the next string change, it will get one of my Quan “Bad-Ass” bridge/tailpieces. Intonation will still be tricky, but I think I figured out how it likes to be set up. As for sounds, I was playing some Kossoff stuff with the neck pickup and both pickups, and it was really fat and round sounding. For a skinny guitar, it has a lot of girth.

Last night I played with a '18 LP classic. I can't see a better guitar like this in some tones. It's just 3 years old but I feel It like I've played it all my life.

Glad you’re enjoying the gifted Strat. Messing around with my Strat last night. Not so much working on songs as figuring out the recoding thing so I can share some songs and make y’all look good.....

It was acoustified Saturday at the Chateau today. Played until finger tips couldn’t take it anymore. Gotta play that thing more to keep fingers in better shape.

The amp is a TH30, with the PPC 2-12 Orange cab, straight in no pedals.
