38 Years a Strat!!! How about you?

Omg... that SG is beautiful. It's just white, and yet, it's gorgeous. It just made, THE list.

Here is my " Just White"

I like white SGs. This one was purchased in '06, and was supposed to be Pelham Blue after getting all the structural repairs done. When Lou was stripping it, he saw that the original color was Polaris White. Since that was such a rare color in '62, we decided to return it to original.

I'm actually proud that I've been able to keep my strat in such nice condition for nearly 40 years. Almost perfect.... almost!!

If you look where my forearm rests, there is a wound. In 1989, I threw a lighter across the room..... it miraculously went thru a one inch gap at the door way, and into the room where my guitar was. I heard impact. I went in to see the damage....NOOOOOO!!

IF you look close, you can see that it's the flint wheel of the lighter that struck the guitar. It's funny now, but I was upset for the first 31 years or so. I'm over it now. :D:ROFLMAO:
