Yup, the Quilter OD 200 is gone! I used it yesterday with the new band and it sounded great. I pushed it to a whopping 10% of its capacity, I think it was bored. The new owner will put it on top of a 4x12 and is contemplating a speaker upgrade to push it to the full 200 watts. I'm happy for both of them.

New amp ordered! Quilter Aviator Cub.

I am jealous. I really wanted a Cub but all I could afford was a used Mini 101 reverb :(

The mini sounds pretty good so far though. I won't know for sure until I can play live again.

They (Quilter) are almost unheard of here. I really wanted a 101 reverb but couldn't find a used one. I did find the used OD 200 for less $ than a new 101 so I bought that instead. After having owned it for... 2 years? buying a new Cub feels like a safe bet.

When would I ever need 200 watts and all that overdrive it has on tap?
