I’ve shot over 5000 nails through this bad boy in the last year working on the basement.

Yep, one of the best tools I’ve bought given the job of building out a 1400 sq ft basement. It won’t get a lot of use once I’m done with the basementThat’s a damn good gun Don
2 of my finish guns are Dewalt.
And I have probably shot a million nails through my hitachi‘a, and yes they require a bit of maintenance.
But are worth every penny.
Cheers
That maybe so brother, but still a viable tool nonetheless.Yep, one of the best tools I’ve bought given the job of building out a 1400 sq ft basement. It won’t get a lot of use once I’m done with the basement

Thanks Rob. It's a decal. Been thinking about converting it back when I spray the T-Bird, and the other projects. As for all the other guitars, I have always said that they found me. Just happened to be at the right place at the right time, with cash on hand (or nearby). Friends of mine have always been surprised that out of all my guitars, there are no dogs. This is coming from people who have played them. They all perform beautifully. I like playing them all, and they have always been fun to play. None need excessive work to play. And other than my hands hurting all the time from work, I really wouldn't care about neck shape. It never bothered me my entire life, but surprisingly I've enjoyed the early sixties wide fret, thin neck style lately. Trying to work out muscles and so forth. We'll see.
As for the Strat body, I would hope that any of my guitars have good energy. They tend to live in a bubble of me telling them how much they are loved, and that they're on this planet made from parts of it, to make music. At the time, I just couldn't see the point in carrying on with that particular body with so many other projects going. I'm happy to hear it's making other people happy. Hope to eventually make the neck from that guitar less troublesome, and on the body I originally wanted to mate it to. In the meantime, there are others that fill the role of making beautiful noises.
I did not see that at first, thanks for pointing it out RayDon's is cordless.
On my end Marshall’s of course. What amps do you use with your nail guns? Inquiring minds want to know.
Never used a pneumatic, so can’t answer.Don’t have the cordless to answer
Well said my friendRay, Let's just say it like this.
I am pretty sure DonO's Dewalt framer will hold up to ANY pro or non pro's usage needs. However, as one can see, there is no HOSE for a cordless one. There are pro's and cons to both and if I had unlimited cash, I would own both choices as that would permit me to be flexible in being able to grab the best tool for the situation without losing a step to do so.
Example of this came just yesterday. I had a 1/4 inch thick x 2 inch x 3 inch piece of aluminum I needed to cut out of a 10x16 piece of aluminum. I have maybe 5 Corded Angle Grinders, and 1 Cordless one. SO for this 5 minute job, I could normally grab one of the corded grinders and zip off 2 cuts and be done. But as the last time I was using any, I had diamond blade masonry blades in some, metal grinding blades in others, and the Cordless had a metal cut off wheel installed already. So, no cord, wrench blade swap needed.
And how I like to use nail guns varies too. One place I almost will always prefer a pneumatic is up in rafters or on a roof. The hose is almost vital to keeping the gun from falling clear down to the ground, or like if you have to pass it from one person to another. Swing the gun like a pendulum or trapeze over to your partner, or he can pull it up with the hose if you hook up the gun and he hoists it on up to himself. He can nail away. Can't do that with a cordless. But they sure are handy if you need to nail away and not have to hump a compressor, or listen to the noise etc.

One of these five. I tend to rotate between the blueberry and amber bursts the most. I love the way the V hangs on a strap. It's very comfortable to play. The SG standard travels with me and every time I pick it up I realize what a great guitar it is. SGs just have such a pronounced upper midrange that really gets in your face and lets you know it's talking. The white Les Paul gets played the least. It supposedly has a slim taper neck like the rest of them, but it is definitely a bit fuller shape. I can't wait until the trans black fade SG Modern arrives. It's going to be interesting to see what the ebony board and maple top do to an SG.
