lost several relatives to cancer over the years including my father in law and my father, in the same year 14 years ago now-- 2 high school buddies recently and a third is undergoing treatments now for brain cancer..........

it certainly leaves huge holes in the world.

My brother wants his son to adopt or get legal guardianship of his sister. They live in Colorado and I'm still getting filled in on details. This is the first I've heard of it less than 12 hours ago.
