Sometimes, the deserts of eastern Washington state are something that a lot of us here take for granted.
There have been those odd "tornadoes" in places at times; but they only like....tore down a barn built 100 years ago....
We've had a few recorded tornadoes, but nothing at all like what other places see. Nor hurricanes, earthquakes, flooding, anything crazy at all.....just extreme heat, extreme cold, and sometimes a snowstorm that locks us in for a few weeks at a time.
Ahhh...the beautiful boring desert...
Stay safe down there, brother. It's on my bucket list to witness something like this, but if family friends or livelihood are in the path of it's carnage, I may be compelled to have very different thoughts...
