To compliment BFT‘s recent NJD thread, here’s the west coast version 
Picked up our 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee from our friends yesterday. They live on campus at Pepperdine University which is right on the Pacific Ocean. 3 hours later it was in the mountains at its new home. It has spent its entire life in CA and is in great shape. 115K miles on the V8. Has not been driven for the last 7 years, but has been maintained with short on campus drives. We got it for a great price of $2,600. We are going to put some bigger wheels and tires on it and use it for off-roading on the trails around here.
