Hey, guess what???? I got a new amp! I hated the Katana. Some show off was on the Orange ticking everyone off bc they couldn't hear over him. I never even played it. The Marshalls just sounded better.

Don't you just hate that when that happens.... I can see you hating the Katana, but Orange, that would be just plain unacceptable..

Yes. There were so many people there it was hard to listen. They need literal tone rooms so a girl can decide quicker!

I hear ya,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, My old favorite music store had a killer drum room. BUT all the kits were in there., 2-3 people could make quite a racket lol Especially after school when kids would jam.

In my local shop they have a separate room, for trying out guitars and amps, they have it set up very well.

I can understand if you need to hear it cranked. This guy played for half an hour with it cranked & was looking around to see who was worshipping him. Next time I'll tell him I'm a signing agent. "We're really interested in your sound. Wait for me in the cafe & we'll toss some numbers around, kid." Muhahaha!

If I were ever to be that guy, I would only do so to show someone else or elses how one amp might sound vs say another one like in a situation such as new players or kids learning guitar or new amps etc.
