are you joking or I really can do that and it will change colour of the cab? I was thinking spray paint but that damn thing drips...

Stand the heat with our very high temperature automotive paint for exterior and interior application.
I used some of the VHT stuff to take the burgundy Epiphone front panel to the dark side.
It has held for over a decade now.

It will bring a dull and faded black cab back to a new look, so it really ought to work on a grey cab. Try a little spot on the back.
