Changed the strings on the Washburn acoustic to electric 10s and i kinda liked the result: allows slight lead playing as well. Way easier to play compared to the traintrack sized 13 bronze that i had on it lol but acoustic is something i dont normally do, but its a nice change of pace from time to time!

 
My first love on guitar was acoustic. It would be about 35 years later before I bought my first electric. Once I get figured out the recording and posting part, I have a short acoustic set I’d like to share. Kinda my roots sort of song list.

Look forward to it someday! Growing up my older brother began on an acoustic and dabbled later with an electric but it never fit his style. When i began playing a few years after he did, i was the complete opposite and didnt pick up an acoustic really until about 3 years into things but quickly began to love it. I tend to play completely different on one compared to when i play an electric, which is always fun i suppose
 
What I’ve always loved about acoustic. You’re naked. You can’t hide behind volume and effects. Not saying electric is bad. I’m all about playing it loud and proud. But when I see an electric player pull out an acoustic..... and kill it..... that’s awesome stuff.

You're 100% right there! Theres no hiding and lying on an acoustic: it will show every fault back to you, brutally lol with an electric, distortion can sometimes mask small errors but thats not a luxury on an acoustic
