Take a look at this Gorgeous Mig 25. R/C Scale twin turbine 4.2 meters long, and weighs in at just over 92 LBS.

And Norm, meant to post these the other day. We’re drywalling the big basement room on Monday so I had to move everything out. Some of my old gear from the 80’s that haven’t been used in 25 years. Thought you’d get a kick out of it.

Pretty amazing engineering and control. However, some of my attention was focused on those surrounding power lines. Has anybody ever hit those with their RC planes?

Now THIS is a big RC plane, 66 ft wingspan. These guys fly just south of me almost every weekday. They conduct training flights from Edwards AFB to March AFB And back. That second plane is a chase plane. That poor pilot must be bored sh#tless just following a drone all day.

I hope to use that flight box again some day. Those old TXs aren’t worth 2 cents nowadays since the FAA changed the rules back in the early 90s.

I am sure someone has Greg, But personally i have not witnessed or heard of that happening at any of our flying fields , here in Canada.

Yeah, I know they have gotten a lot of high tech in the last 30 years. Once I get the house projects done, I can turn some attention back to RC flying.
