Now I have one in my living room.....

This one is apparently cardboard....and has a FedEx sponsorship.....more to come....when I finish my beer(it’s a big one ;))

So anyway....what’s the newest members block trying to tell us?

Redditors?

What's the current market value of TTR?

I finally did some checking on that used PAF Pro neck pickup.
the leads were spliced, near the pickup. The colors were the same at the end, but green is now blue. The white and red are spliced, the blue is hot and the black and shield ground. Thats how it came to me so, I figured it was right.

Pull up a Dimarzio wired diagram - Black and red are one coil, white and green (blue) the other. white and black are spliced, red is signal and green is ground.

Re-wired this way and it seems to be right - with the guts hanging out. but now the neck vol. pot wiring does not reach the hole.
Pleased and annoyed at the same time, I had to step away.

I think I have some 4 conductor shielded, or I will splice the shield and ground near the pick up and extend with 4 conductor wire to the pot, this coming weekend.

Finally got that neck pickup sorted - the hard way.
I re-made the lead extension, with what should be the right pair spliced (black and white).
Those spring forceps are really useful.

I was as gentle as possible handling the harness, but had to install and pull it several times as grounds or leads broke off pots or the switch.
The PAF PRO sounds really nice, very chimey, but fuller than a single coil, and articulate.

I have a set up better tuners on deck for this, and I'm about due for a string change; I plan on tackling that directly.
