Guitars and BEER!

1) She's not lovely; she's an endless pain and frustration!

2) She's home and getting better (80% there), only 8 days after the surgeon said if she'd walked into ER 12 hours later then they wouldn't have been able to save her. Very freaky week. Very impressed by St Mary's Catholic hospital here in Daegeon; I doubt I would have gotten equal care in the UK. I hate to think how much it would have cost in the US!

Happy days. Beer is good. Guitar is great (nice internals, you have to admit! :D). Wife is well.
That is quite a difficult situation. I am glad to hear that she is on the better side of this now. My best to your wife.

I second that Ray!

Thank you, Gentlemen. She's getting a lot better, day by day. A bit up and down, but defo on the up. Once she picks up the acoustic and starts playing terrible pop songs then I know she's back to normal. Luckily, it's in my holiday period (can't travel abroad though...), so I have had no work issues at all.

I was working in ThatbastardDon's neighborhood today, so we went out for a few beers after work. He had the IPAs, and I went for Guinness as it had the lowest alcohol level on the beer list. It was a fun evening of discussing beer, BBQ, guitars, and kvetsching about work.
