my wife is an avid reader, hundreds of books especially on Kindle, and this is the first either have heard of any censorship of classics on Kindle. We'll have to look into that.My condolences Chilli.
And yes, Jon Bon Jovi can bite it. I'm surprised you never heard it Ray. It's not really top 40 friendly with lines like "old slut on junk", so it's not surprising. Like any story, those lines are important for the telling of the tale. Would someone clean up Chaucer or any other classics? I know that Amazon has been cleaning up (editing) Orwell, Bradbury, and other authors. So, be careful where you buy your books. Especially kindle material. That stuff is being censored all the time.
It was either The New York Times or Washington Post that exposed Amazon for changing contents of books written by Orwell, Bradbury, Vonnegut, and others who have written about dystopian futures. It's being done to actual books sold through them, so look for other sources (I buy from Bookshop: Buy books online. Support local bookstores.). But worse is the frequency it is done on Kindle platforms. Because you don't really own the book and are just reading off of a server(script), they are constantly changing content. It may even change while your reading the book, log off for the night, then pick it up again.

I did a lot of digging last night and the only thing I could find was that Amazon would pull whole books, or refuse to sell them or put them on the Kindle. Nothing about selective editing of books.I found the NY Times article. It seems like they remotely deleted 1984 and Animal Farm from their user's devices.
No content seems to have been changed but it looks like they have the ability.
Yeah, that's what I found as well.I did a lot of digging last night and the only thing I could find was that Amazon would pull whole books, or refuse to sell them or put them on the Kindle. Nothing about selective editing of books.
How ironic they deleted 1984. A book about totalitarianism controlling your daily lives and feeding you whatever they decide you should see and hear. Thats life imitating artI found the NY Times article. It seems like they remotely deleted 1984 and Animal Farm from their user's devices.

My storage is "How much crap will my house allow?" Also need to make sure I have a functioning turntable and cd player.

We used to play a Cinderella song in the early 90’s .The Only thing good about Bon Jovi was them bringing up Cinderella.
That was a great album! Nothing for Nothing is a good songWe used to play a Cinderella song in the early 90’s .
It was on the night songs album
You don't have to dig that deep. Just deep enough to place a dead animal above the body so when they start digging because the cadaver dog hits, they find the dead animal and move on.I did a lot of digging to....getting harder to find fresh places for the bodies .....shoulda got 3 acres instead of just 1 ......ugh
