It has snowed out here a couple of times in the 30 + years we have been out here, but in my line of work, and the daily commute I have to make, I prefer the no snow thank you very much.

It looks great mitch! I love multicolor lights, my wife fights me over them but im getting some come next year. Sick of the red,green white lights.

And i have an entertainment center almost identical to yours!

I am going post a pic of it , it was a Christmas present to my wife last year, my son Joshua and my grandson Scott built it.

he had also given her the smart TV

Was not something I wanted to deal with. But life happens.

No Jethro I don’t have a heated floor.
I have another leak under the floor, but my floor is a concrete slab, this the second one, and my insurance does not cover this problem.

Are you going with PEX? We re-piped our Anaheim Hills home in 2016 after our 3rd slab leak. We had over 75 “holes” opened to run the PEX. The drywall finisher was an artist. There was no trace of them when he was done.

Thanks I do believe that is what they are doing, I will know for sure once I get home, this is our second slab leak.
