Great work all the way around KB, and you really got down with all the tonal options.Thank you. For some reason this challenge has spurred a creative spurt.
Can’t wait to hear it ..I should have my song for this experiment done by this weekend. Discovered on my Jackson I get a REALLY nice clean tone on the middle pickup selection when I roll the volume back a tad (x-series EMG’s for the win!!) also accidentally discovered an enjoyable lead tone when I accidentally left my wah pedal on and left it tilted all the way back on the rocker.
Added a lot of different elements to this song I never used before using loops (just being transparent) but the arrangement was all my doing.

This was the whole purpose for the challenge. I'm glad to see people getting into the spirit of it, and actually getting something out of it.GROWTH is good !!!
it caused me to embrace the Esquire--- and LEARN to use miniscule adjustments of the knobs to get HUGE tonal variances in 1 .....simple guitar--truly sometimes less IS MORE
I just can’t do that for anything musical, bravo on your job KBDay 6. This one was a real struggle. This guitar is not designed with finger picking in mind and I am not that good at fingerpicking.
I wish I could do that. When I try it comes out poop.I am sorry I am in the wrong thread (sort of) but this tonight’s version of the LP studio
Not at all KBI wish I could do that. When I try it comes out.
Same thing here bro.I hear you. I prefer to play rhythm. I like to sit back in the mix and try to enhance the song. I rarely play lead when I’m jamming with other musicians. Someone needs to keep the song on track. I like to sync in with the bass and drums and let the singer and lead guitar do the fancy stuff.

Pictures, or it never happened!No... but I try damnit!!! I mean I have a Dinky. Really just need the spandex...
Pics of the Dinky, or me in spandex? Because the latter would require me to actually own spandex, and me wearing spandex HAS to violate some sort of community guideline here...Pictures, or it never happened!
