Smoothy Jazz on a 335ish

The guitar is actually quite fun to play and has a nice resonate sound. I of course dont normally play thrash on it except as a fun goof here lol normally, its just a nice thick, rock sound ala Ted Nugent, Rush or Aersomith. Very easy to play actually

Lol sorry man it was just a quick goof, but ill do a real full version if ya want! Figured id play some "jazz" on a hollowbody for everyone :pound-hand:

Mike, mike, MIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was awesome buddy!!!!!! You just gave it!! Well done ! And that guitar is Gorgeous. All you need now is the tones of an Orange amp.:guitarking:

Lol thank you Norm, i really appreciate that! I was wrapping up some practice time and had been playing the hollowbody. Had a funny idea to do thrash on it for a second, not really meant for that but hey it was fun lol i normally just play classic rock on it and a lot of clean stuff.

But yeah i really would like to try an Orange sometime!

How old is that guitar?
Bit of mystery honestly! Best I can track it is somewhere between 1996-1998. Its actually a Kansas: a brand i have almost no info on other than its from Cort. Was found in a pawnshop back in late 98 for about $200 by my dad. He just thought it looked nice but it sounded terrible.

Was extremely well built: Maple top, Mahogany neck and body. But the hardware was cheap and the pickups were worse. I offered to tweak it with all Gibson parts from the bridge, down to the plate screws even with a Burstbucker 2 bridge pickup and a 57 Classic Plus neck pickup. After i rebuilt it, dad said to just take it lol

Its been a great guitar and carries a large sound. Ill make some other clips of it in its normal sound!

Mike I agree. Nothing I own came without great duress or a fight to come out the other side when making enough nickels to add together to get anything.

NOW, I have nice stuff that needs nothing but love and putting away when done. Then I have junk that was junk when I got it, and thus is up to me to make it not junk anymore and usable.

Thanks for posting your jazz.
