Well, I know guys like to talk about tools, I bought this Dewalt drill six years ago, it came with extra 12v battery. I use this drill often, this thing amazes me the torque it has and the battery life between charges. I alternate between the two packs , they are still going strong.

I like the Dewalt versions over the Milwaukee.
And I own the Milwaukee..

I've got the same one. It came with my tools for work. I actually use it more at home, and beat it pretty hard.

It means I've been able to give my old Porter Cable drill and impact driver a break.

Also have a DeWalt corded 1/2" Hammer Drill that I absolutely love.

My Dewalt family taken about 10 years ago. There’s at least another dozen since then.

Testimonial story. Was working on building a shed in 2012 with the mitre saw on an outside garden worktop I built my wife. All the tools and screws etc were on that surface. I was cutting the metal studs and screwing them on the frame. Worked on some electrical stuff and when I went to screw on another metal stud I couldn’t find the drill/driver. Damn, I know I had it out there. Looked in the garage, in the under construction shed, scratched my head and was like WTF. So I worked on some other part of the shed and when I was standing in front of the work surface I remembered a “thunk” I heard about an hour ago but never figured out what that was. So I moved over to the end on the work surface where we had a 40 gallon rain barrel that was full of water. Looked down and there in the bottom of the full rain barrel was the drill. DAMN ! Fished it out and was like f#ck. Pulled the battery off and then went and got my heat gun and dried the SOB out. Sprayed some WD40 into it. Put a fresh battery on and plugged the trigger, figuring it was toast. Damn thing spun like a fresh new drill. :dood: , Son of a gun is still working to this day. Sold me on Dewalt quality. Of course the battery was toast.

You still have them Mitch? I like HO, a fella I know had a huge track setup in his basement, he had everything switches, whistles blowing , bridges the works. He was into trains as heavy as I am into planes. HO trains are cool!
I still have quite a bit of them, but I also sold quite a few of them, used the money to fund some of my music gear, I strives to build them as realistic as possible, on the Cotton Belt unit if you zoom in at the fuel gauge, you can see my attempt to make a fresh fuel spill.
Cheers
