Last gig i done was about 10 years ago, since then every band i was in it never made to the point of gigging drama got in way. Than i stopped playing Completely for 5 years. Now i got new band hoping i can do some giggs with this one.

@Clockworkmike the guitar im using its not even worth £100 but sounds ok to me.

Sounds great to me regardless of the price! There's executive lawyer types who will buy a $4000-$10000 guitar and couldnt play 5 notes worth a damn on them. I found out a long time ago the sound is in the player's hands not their wallet!

And i look foward to hearing more from you and your band as well!

Ive seen it too some people have-lot of expensive gear and cant play the damn thing.

That's why I stay with 'Bad Dog.' It's not 100% music that I love, but I do enjoy the people immensely....

I know because guitar is more fun :) drummers friend is bassist and singer so hope he is good and we will be complete. My other guitarist said he would play bass and we could find an other guitarist but i like how we trade leads and not many lead players are around my town and specially the style we play.

dose any one know what ska stands for in music style? I see ads like indi , ska, blues ....

SKA is like the lite , punkier version of reggae with horns and usually is rich white kids playing lol i always think of No Doubt, Mighty Mighty Bosstones and Reel Big Fish from the 90s

I would absolutely love to find other people around here to play with. But unfortunately, southern West Virginia is an empty pool unless you're into Country or Bluegrass. Back in the early to mid 2000s, there was a big surge of harder edged bands but that died after about two years.

:rolleyes2: Thats how fee about ska lol

put the ad on internet and sure there is someone who like what you like. Where im its the same , ad are like , indi band, ska band , vegan band Im like for f**** sake there must be some one who wants to do metal. So i kept putting ads till i found someone , im very stubborn :)

The UK founded both rock n roll and metal as we know it. And now its come to those kinds of bands huh? Lol Sad, sad, sad. Well, you know your mission then: keep the torch going!
