Considering having a guitar sent to Australia.
Have any members had dealings with them, positive or negative?

Also, do any members have knowledge (not wild second hand stories) of the situation regarding shipping guitars with some rosewood content out of the US?

Yes, I have ordered 3 or 4 things from them, although no guitars. They are well known and reputable. The items were delivered promptly, they were well packed, the quality was as promised and lots of case candy - picks, stickers, clothes.
 
Thanks for comments on Chicago Music Exchange, good to see only positive, no negative.
Regarding the potential rosewood problem, is it US customs that prevent it leaving the US or destination country not accepting?

I've found the same product via Reverb and it may be a better deal.
Do any member know of Eddie's Guitars from St Louis?
Is buying via Reverb enough to make a purchase safe?
