I am a tele guy. I love Teles. I'll show you mine, and you show me yours.


My number 1. Baja Tele, stock except for Gotoh compensated brass saddles. Weighs less than 7 pounds.

My number 2. Squier Vintage Modified Tele Custom. Frets leveled, Fretboard edges rolled, electronics upgraded and Neck pickup modified. All work done by myself. Plays and sounds like a badazz rock machine. I love this guitar.

My number 3. A partscaster built by a good friend who was the bass player in my band. He passed away last Christmas. I put a new neck on it, because the old one was beat to hell. Leveled, crowned and polished the frets, rolled the edges. The Pickup is a Dimarzio twang King. It has standard Esquire wiring, and the Eldred mod. This guitar has attitude in spades!

Ive beern "GASsing" for a Esquire .........................ive had -- er a dozen different Teles..........no names-- squires--mims-- even USA MADE Peaveys----none stuck -----I mean its BASICALLY a flat Les paul right ????(lol) .............I even tried one of them Dual Humbucker 70's ones..................

Help me ...........(no dont Im broke) ............help me embrace the Tele.............................(yours are very nice by the way) ....maybe you can help me find one that sticks?
 
any chance the "partscaster" is up for trades????? (no dont ask him that!!!! -- hes new .... he doesnt know ....(shut up and go back to sleeep!!!) --ugh

I could never sell/trade the Partscaster. Too much sentimental value. Plus it's just a killer freakin guitar!

Yeah, it's a Harley Benton. I actually can't believe the quality of that thing. For a $200 guitar it's totally amazing. Hell, it would be great at $500.

@Beagle has the double cut one, and he loves his too.
