Last night I played my AXL build similar to yours Ray as well.
Giovanni GVH-1 A5 PAF type pickup set.
Both AXL builds get a lot of play.

It has paw prints, it's a Tele, it has humbuckers, and it is a neck through. All in all, a rather confused guitar with an identity crisis....but glorious, nonetheless!

Last night, I was playing my blue Burny. Tom was playing his Acoustic Black Widow before moving on to a Fender Jaguar Bass. A drummer he knows of has been begging to jam sometime. So, we did. Hopefully, we might play with our regular drummer next week.





Thankfully, he wasn’t insistent on playing out of one of his new (‘70s era) Acoustic amps and cabs.




Tonight, I restrung the Cipollina SG, and gave it a bit of TLC. It’s starting to become acclimated to New England weather. It’s playing quite nicely now. It’s a very enjoyable guitar to play.

Tonight I got rid of the circuit board in favor of standard LP wiring, swapped the bridge pup with a modified Epi pup (A4 magnets in place of the ceramics), lost the poker chip, and changed the knobs. I am happy with the tone and look

These days I'm practice really hard because I want to win a Yamaha THR II in a contest. I made an instrumental songs. I finish all rythm section but it's a little dificult to execute. I will post a vídeo when I'll play It properly.

is that a JVM 1 watt?!?!?!?! --- I have been SMITTEN with 1 watt tube amp GAS..........mine was started by this damn thing



and TBTH I use it 90% of the time when I play guitar totally KILLER home use amp!
