I've heard good things about the Epiphone Wildkat Studio . I don't have a semi-hollow either...and @ $279, it seems like a good deal.

Not sure I have the disposable cash rite now, as I'm going on a few get aways soon. But,....

Hell-yes, it's a good deal. The other 2 colors, Wine Red and Metallic Gold are nice, too. Really like the headstock:

Yup, that headstock is sweet. I have to wait until Sunday to see where I stand. These sales end as quick as they appear though.
I could pull it off now....but, I have that little voice in my head telling me, don't do it!! It's telling me other things too, but ill keep that to myself......For now!!

Nope, me and my wife went on a dinner/ concert trip with friends...I spent some good cash, but not as much as I thought I would. I was on the fence, so that Sunday I went on the site to convince myself, and the sale was over. Back to $399. Problem solved.
Probably for the best.
