Oh I do my share of driving! We often go 2 hrs to visit my folks or someone and return same day, no biggie. But you are a bit off the beaten path here. Anything past 3 hrs, meh.... I'm getting lazy and surly in my old age!

I average 20k+ miles a year -- for WORK-- (just on my Kia) then my personal miles on it and the truck, and the Motorcycle on top of that -- always on the road --- going no where, but doing it really fast

HELL I drive 3 hours each way to get my TAX guy to do my taxes every year over by St Augustine
its a 3.5 hour drive to see the grand kids up by Ocala area
and visiting my Son in the Keys is a 6 hour haul
Mom in Alabama is 8 hour drive --
