hi guys heres my guitar playing if anyone interested.

thanks bro , you are talented musician why you doubt yourself? Ive heard some of your work its very good better then mine for sure. Keep posting your work and be confidant i for one be checking it.

You are very kind...

When i played this improvised solo, i was really feeling down and depressed. The song kind of gave me an opportunity to wallow in my sorrow. I was in a very dark place at this time, not long after our bass player died. I was just overwhelmed by sadness during this recording, to such a degree that tears fell onto my guitar.

Its a very rough, one-take recording. My lack of finesse is very evident here, but i imagined the guitar singing Steve Perry's vocal lines...

If I hadn't entered these notes on my Soundcloud link, I wouldn't have remembered...

" Recorded in a single take with my stock 2016 Gibson Les Paul (498T in the bridge) through a Blackstar 100 watt solid state direct out into my DAW on Audacity..."

Spectre has that guitar now I believe..

Here's the guitar used on this recording, at our departed bassist's grave...

I love obscurity...

Here's a very obscure song by Rory Gallagher, from his 1987 'Defender' album. Guitar used was my garage-built black Les Paul with Epiphone H8BN/H6BN Pickups through my Blackstar ID-Core 100 Solid State. All reverb and delay effects are from the amp's onboard effects. No pedals used. My $60.00 Ibanez Bass (with Ernie Ball .105's) was used through a Fender Rumble 40, direct-out. Special thanks to session drummer extraordinaire Ffej Rednil for the drum tracks.

Ok, i hate my original work, so i seldom post it. I wrote this in the hospital on Morphine - my first experience with the drug. I got to thinking about Scott Wieland and Hendrix, Joplin...and realized how euphoric and powerful this drug is.

The song is written from the user's perspective and describes his conversations with the drug.

The first line begins, "Starin' out this window - with a needle in my arm," and its how i conceived the song - looking out my hospital window while on an IV.
