Deck does look nice, what type of wood did you use ?
The last deck I was building, all the joists, beams , under the top cover had no raw edges, everything had to be painted (treated) and we covered it wit Trex which is like a plastic composite . I think it came out pretty clean.View attachment 46049

Looks really good Mitch! Nice work! The guys that built it, used pressure treated wood, please don't ask me what kind, I couldn't tell you.

Nice deck and golf cart Norm. Who makes the cart? I might be looking for one soon.

Thanks Don O! its an AGT, that's what they are called here in Canada, I believe they are under a different name in America, It comes standard with break lights and turning signals and horn. I know they are street legal in America in some States. When I go back up I will talk to the dealer in the park and find out what name they are under in the U.S. My old EZ Go had two horsepower 36 volt. The new one is 4 or 5 horsepower 48 volt.

Thanks Norm. We are in Escrow for a mobile home in a small gated community right on the lake, about 10 minutes from the house. My wife is an avid kayaker and now we’ll not have to lug kayaks around. We’ll keep them in a shed there and I’m thinking a golf cart would make a good tow vehicle to move them the 500 feet over to the beach/launch area.

Your welcome Don O. That sounds like a great idea for a tow vehicle for the kayaks. It would come in handy they are great little workhorses as well, for different things.
