In 1776, a bunch of long hair radicals gathered together and signed a piece of parchment.

They were not talking about politics, they were talking about freedom from tyranny. Have we gained that freedom?
One of my favorite Thomas Jefferson quotes:
" A prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the leader of a free people."
Now tell us what holds the most meaning for you on this day; the 244th celebration of the experiment we call the "United States."
