How about in English?

cause all the names sound so technical!
I just have a power supply and a small patch bay.
T-Rex Fuel Tank Chameleon isolated power supply - instead of all the power sharing the same ground, they are isolated so that each is 300mA 9V / 220mA 12V or 150mA 18V (there is some physics involved here, so as volts go up current goes down)
Behringer HD400 Hum Destroyer - this functions like a 'ground lift', preventing multiple paths to ground that can cause 'ground loop hum'. In this case it is on the two cables in Loop 2 of the Boss MS-3, the send of which goes to the amp input, the return of which takes the signal from the effects loop send on my amp. In this way only the output of the MS-3 - normally connected to the effects loop return of my amp - provides a path to ground for the guitar signal. Of course the power grounds through the AC cable earth, but both of them ultimately go to the same wall socket via my power board.
Rockboard Natural Sound Buffer - this boosts the signal and lowers its impedance, countering the 'tone suck' of the 6m cables between the pedalboard and the amp. This is in the send of Loop 2 of the MS-3, going to the input stage of my amp.
Rockboard MOD 5 Patchbay / D.I. / Cab Sim module - this provides a connection point for the cables between the pedalboard and the amp, and also gives a direct out box that can be sent to the mixing desk, and includes simulations of six different speaker cabinets that make the sound sent to the mixing desk sound as it it is coming from a microphone on a speaker cabinet.
Neutrik USB socket - this connects the USB socket on the back of the MS-3 to the side of the pedalboard, providing a convenient point to insert a cable running from the MS-3 to the computer to adjust patches in the MS-3 Librarian software.
Yunpen EMI filter - this removes some unwanted noise from the AC power, especially that AM radio crap
BCK-24 solderless cable kit - these are low profile cables for tight pedalboards, you make them yourself
Various TRS cables - connecting the expression pedal and footswitches to the MS-3 and the channel control in my amp
Moen daisy chain with ferrite beads - for running more than one pedal from a single port. The ferrite beads are another noise reduction device
