Ahh, yes...the infamous “White Tie Rose Bandit”.

Wanted in 17 states, 4 counties, and 2 flea markets.

His MO was always the same. He’d visit florists, posing as a suave funeral director.

At a well-timed moment, he’d grab a rose, shove it in his pocket, and run away...laughing hysterically.

He kept the floral industry in a state of suspense and panic for the better part of a decade.
