Some pics of "The Beast," a 500 pound isolation cabinet, which contains two different microphones and a 2x12 cabinet, plus some random gear pics...my Faux Paul next to one of the studio's "clunkers," controls and rack mount effects, the 'studio mule' JCM800 signed by Tim Caswell and the massive Roland drum kit.

I threw in a photo from last year of the rack for better clarity, since last night's pic was fuzzy.20191103_130300.jpg20191116_180008.jpg

This has been my "office" for a while now...We ditched Pro-Tools for Cubase 10.5 and we just installed a Sonic Maximizer yesterday, so should be a nice addition!!!

Its just one of my paying jobs, but its been my new main-office for the most part, since the legal department shut down Capitol.

Anyways, i started playing with a Christian rock band about a year ago. Their guitar player walked out in the middle of an album project and i was asked to fill in and we completed the project just before Christmas day, 2019.

Look at their stats from that release, just a few days after Christmas 2019...i can't take full credit for this because they already had an established following, but 40,412 streams in a 12 hour period and over 1.2 million page views just blew my mind.

Funny...i still hear music on the radio that i played on, every now and then, and i just smile to myself...

Got some really nice lookin’ toys there Rob. I’ve done the board at church before..... in a past life.... way less going on there than you have. But then, I only had to monitor and maintain 3-5 mics and occasionally toss in a cassette into the player for the special music. Back in the days where we used canned music rather than live. I way prefer live.

still damn cold -- lol
we keep our ac on 79...........still get chilled now and then ---- swamplife ;)

It was a high of 68F where I live today. Nice oceans breezes the past few days. Had to drive inland to work on my parents' house, where it was significantly warmer. I'd take 66-76 degrees year round if I could. Quite comfortable, especially while working outdoors.

I like your toys ver very very nice!!!! Thats must be fantastic feeling to hear domthing you had part on radio! If i ever hear my song or playing on radio i can die hsppy lol but i dont think that will happen, i cant even get band going lol :rolf::rolf::rolf::rolf::rolf:

I've heard me a few times, but it was my own music. I have the good fortune of living in a city with about a dozen college radio stations. They all have my independent releases. The first time was a bit weird to hear myself. After that, I get excited every time.
