HNATTDHR

Funny part on the VHT -- well and the Fender Super Champ--
the AMPS -- themselves-- DONT SUCK -- the apps and "extras" are just that -- EXTRAS

the VHT is PERFECT for home noodling -- with sparkling cleans to GREAT GRIT -- rich sounding warm tube tone-- WELL WORTH MY (66.00 yes, 66.00) buy in price ---looks good sounds good -- slap a reverb pedal in front of it --- call it DONE --
been enjoying the piss out of it in that configuration.....

@mcblink
search one out they are stupid cheap -- for a VHT TUBE AMP -- (Hybrid technically) --

if you have an iPhone --or iPad they are MUCH easier and the "seamlessness" appears (I am reading) -- it is AFTER ALL a VHT i-16 (see the lower case "i" -- hint hint) it will "interface" with a pc --- but -- its more complicated and requires complex algorithms-- possibly soldering-- very questionable sexual deviations---and hours Im not willing to invest.....
but as a cool little 16 watt tube head ---- its as good as anything else I have ---really
dials in tones as good (maybe better) for my use than the Orange MT --and was cheaper than an Orange MT --

Welp, I don't own anything Apple, no iPhone or iPad or anything at all....and I enough of a deviant as it is....so...I guess I'm outta luck here, as I'm not terribly technically inclined either lol

Also maybe I'm late to embrace this newer stuff too. For the longest time I was a "straight-in" purist...guitar, cable, amp. That's it. Only in the last year or two have I started to mess around again with pedals and such...

Toss tech, and apps, and iPhones and whatnot into the mix and I get totally discombobulated quickly lol

I spend too much time twiddling amp and guitar vol, master volume, tone pots, etc. and input signal strength/ boosts, OD, etc. as it is already.
I need to do this but it detracts from practice / playing time.
I have become much more in tune with what my gear can do, with different pickups, etc. as well, so it is not a waste of time.
