In the swamps here, Craigslist is usually way overpriced bottom feeder crap that gets reposted month after month, yet never sells.
And what I got can truly be considered bottom feeder crap, but at least it wasn't overpriced.
Saw the add a couple of days in a row and for some reason, it beckoned to me.
I suppose these can and will be considered junk guitars, but you guys know me. I'm nuts.
And for the paltry sum in question, I had to do it.
It was a package deal of 80's wanna be rock star pointy things.
Three bodies, and...

Two 24 fret maple necks with cheapo, but working tuners..

So two husks and a spare body

One has pickups & pots but I suspect them to be junk, but ya never know.
The bodies are solid wood, not ply. Two appear to be mahogany of some sort and the other is a heavier, but lighter colored wood.

Dig the crazy six screw neck joints.

It's called the H2 Metal master.

I got the whole set, blue, black and red.
What a cheezy add.

Hmmmmmm, a metal guitar with cheap single coils...
Yeah, right.
These should make for a fun project.

I dig the shape! Try to leave one of them recognizable! Either way, I anticipate a simply fabulous transformation

I have this shirt hanging on the wall. I literally wore it out. Had to rip the sleeves off (which was totally badass when I had no beer gut) and now it doesn't even come close to fitting anymore. So now it's jamroom decor, among many others with a similar story behind them.

Fun fact: on the back of the shirt is a guy sitting in the electric chair being zapped....and he glows in the dark lol!

Awesome, man. I remember Hondo guitars. I had a Hondo II Strat at one time many years ago.
