I've had two pickups in my lifetime.
This was one of them.

Hard to believe it was over 30 years ago.

I've had the same 2 pickups for travel, ever since 1987-88.. Started with my '77 F100, and about 1994-96 wound up with a 1988 F250 4x4. These 2 truck both topped 235k-337k and would still be running me up and down the roads if gas hadn't gotten so dang expensive and a buddy's dad basically gave me his 1994 F150 for $1 back in 2018.

It was a 1950 Chevy.
Got it right off the farm all stock. Still had the 6 volt electrical system and floor starter button.
But that would never do.
Cut the frame and stuck a Camaro subframe under the front end and dropped in a small block.

The story doesn't stop there though, I currently have 2 more F series project trucks, 1986 F250 dually 4X6 and a 1989 F150
