in having backing tracks, Instrumental only( without backing vocals) or you can make your own custom, drums ,guitar etc. I find the site easy to use and the music is good, the musicians do a good job. Its all legit, you pay for the music. Selection is terrific. I downloaded 4 Rock songs for $8. They have different formats, I downloaded to my MP3 player. I really like this because I use for practicing, great to improve your timing and good for playing along. You can have vocals as well, whatever you like. Some I have with vocals and some without. The Company is in France. Its called Karaoke Version. If you go the Custom route with the tracks they run about $3.99 what I call the standard $1.99.

I have used them for fun--
I also have a small vox battery amp with built in rhythms -- they are way more fun than a metronome for keeping time-- but I mostly just play --

WHERES THE LInK TO THIS FRENCH COMPANY OF WHICH WE WE SPEAK?!?!?!

I got the TV on when i play does that count ? :)
that is how i learned to lead..drives the Mrs crazy, but i try to put a line down during the 30 seconds a commercial is on...really trains the ear to hone in

that is when this comes in handy from tapping..you only have 30 seconds..i have no perfect pitch at all so this what i learned to help

in tapping

1-3-7 is the minor and 1-4-7 is major..mostly learned that for quick bass lines in studio but

real quick..that 3 0r 4 note will reavel the minor or major...if its major....slide down 3 frets (i.e. on G string 12th fret G..slide to the 9th E...then you can quickly pick up the relative minor to the major....on the fly at open mic or if just noodling to a backing track..that simple little test can real quick at least get you grounded ..hope that made sense..

This is generally what I would do as well, but I have an Amazon Echo connected to my PA system in the studio and I recently discovered there are backing tracks on Amazon music so now I can just ask Alexa to play a blues backing track in A minor and start rocking and rolling till the wheels come off!
Hahahahaha! That’s excellent!....until you start hearing your riffs showing up in ”Amazon originals”...

just kidding....;)
