I have wanted an amp to keep on my workbench for a long time. Today I found a used Marshall half stack. The guy I bought it from is sending it to morrow. Here it is, in all its 14 cm tall 1W glory:

I just wanted a micro sized amp for testing guitars on the bench after I've done work on them. At the moment I have to bring them out into the living room and plug into the AC4 every time I need to check the sound. Not that it's a big problem, but It's nice to check if you have soldered things properly while the guitar is still on the bench!
 
Those little Marshals got a decent gain sound to them actually .Nice one .looks like a Bluesbreaker model or such with that grill cloth.
 
So, I gotta ask, Gahr...what is the faceplate made of?

It would be a riot if it was a plexi!
 
Cool deal on the micro marshal. I've got a little Dan Electro given to me serval years ago. I simply get a kick out of it. Cool little amp...
