Is a hotdog technically a sandwich??

I don't do Miracle Whip, but there's a time and a place for a sweeter mayo like Kewpie. Add a little yuzu kosho and you have a really tasty all-purpose sauce for burgers, sandwiches, veggies. Great alternative dip for chicken wings or even French fries.

(Full disclosure - I like regular mayo on fries too, and especially like horseradish mayo on sweet potato fries.)

I normally keep two kinds of mayo in my fridge - plain old Hellman's for tuna, potato, egg salads, deviled eggs etc.
Then I keep Cain's for sandwiches. It's richer - oilier & eggier; a favorite with delicatessens since you can use less yet still have full mayo flavor.

I like to mix ketchup and mayo together to make a french fry sauce.

I don't particularly like mayo, but I don't hate it at all either.

Little known protip:

Use mayo instead of butter to grill your grilled cheese/ham&egg/PB&Nanners/whatever sammich

Sounds kinda gross but delivers the goods. I promise.

Ketchup and mustard mix on fries with Cholula.

No ranch. No mayo.

I don't eat anything that looks like it was shot out of a dick.

When you do mayo on the outside of a grilled sandwich, you can supercharge the flavor by sprinkling grated Parmesan or Romano on the outside. Mmmmm...

You know, if you mix the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire and Tabasco you basically have a spicy Heinz 57 steak sauce. Really good for dipping just about anything in. Leave the Miracle Whip out this time.

We fry stuff in all or a little bacon grease all the time. Sometimes I add some to oil or butter for taste.
I scoop a little bacon grease - this is important - with the little burnt bits of bacon in it from the pan after the bacon is done.
Try fresh sea scallops in it, adding the usual garlic, etc. Orgasmic.

speaking of Cholula @Robert Herndon - which one?
The only one I have seen round these parts is the Chipotle - love it.

I like Mayo, and beer looks like it mighta been shot out of dick, but I'm not giving up on either.

frying eggs easy over so the white is firm and the yolk is still liquid, and not breaking on the flip, is a MAD SKILL.
Love sweeping up the yolk with wheat or rye toast.
Or putting them between 2 slices of toast, hey almost like a .... sandwich?

Like said egg on a pancake / flap jack too.
Usually make whole grain flap jacks and eat them dry, like a piece of toast.
