What about us old farts that are asleep by 9 pm and wake up at 3 or 4 am lol. When i was your age i used to do the same thing as you Blinky but there was no such thing as Fora to get drunk and write stuff on hahhahahahahhaa. I remember when MSN Messenger was the greatest thing on the computer ugh.
That’d be me Goo. Watching TV with my bride. Watching thru closed eye lids starting around 8. Wake up @ 4. But then. I wake @ 4 pretty much whether or not I’ve had an early evening nap. Internal clock I guess. Can’t remember the last time I actually set the alarm. But it’s been decades.

Thinking my breakfast is going to be an egg sandwich. Also cooked in bacon grease that I’ll use to sauté up a bit of onion. Add the eggs. Sorta omelet style and the fold up and put on a toasted English muffin. Sweet roll and some juice. Then maybe a shave and shower to finish off the trifecta.
I'm up at 3am regardless of when i go to bed...im on the motorcycle before first light today...i gotta push it out of the neighborhood to keep from waking the neighbors....
A a neighbor who has a particular disdain for the noisy crotch rockets in my neighborhood, Thank you!
