Haha! Yea, definitely not optimized for phone speakers. I generally do a bit of panning. Like on Crusade of Triumph the intro sounds weird over the phone.

Thanks! I love using the EMG 57-66 for stuff like this, gets really awesome tones for cleans!

Basically with this I was trying to paint a picture of my interpretation of Ragnarök of Norse Mythology, the intro was everything beginning to come to a head between the gods, the heavy chug being the battles taken place between them and the transition to the clean part was mortal’s dismay as the signs of this prophecy were starting to show and the climatic end being the natural disasters that eventually submerged everything.
