If you like pets...

Odin gets sad when I leave -- (worst part is if I have to leave early for meetings-- and he "barks" this sad little bark after I lock the door to leave--------and worse as I drive off I can see him and Murphy in the window watching me leave --breaks your heart---but the older dogs know Im coming back Odin is still a pup ---Im sure he will get used to it

According to Shannon they both lay by the door and the window all day (and I usually have to slide one of them out of the way with the door when I get home)

In Kentucky, "critters" refer to something more sinister...

Anyone from Kentucky here??
I'm about an hour and a half from Henderson. Eastern side of Illinois. Kerri and I have been seriously considering relocating to Kentucky after my Dad passes. I'm looking at the job situation there, and we already know property values are affordable. And the scenery! Wow!

That sounds like El Chupacabra.
Not quite, different cryptid...there is speculation that they could somehow be related to the Mothman phenomenon.

Here's a "hopkinsville" goblin, slightly different from the "hellier" goblin. The Hellier variety, apparently has no "ears" (or whatever the pointy flaps on the side of the head are)
They are supposedly the size of children.
