This is for you guy's TTR

:pound-hand::pound-hand:
That one was great
The permanent marker was a pain to wash off
The best stuff was when I drew things in places you couldn't really see.

Like the benis on your elbow. Or the homophobic slur behind your ear.

I screwed up when I colored your nails. You might not have even known, had I played it right...

........next time, I won't make that mistake ;)

What a punk, because I know how unobtainable bass players are:mad:
Well....yeah lol

He's a punk rocker and we're metal heads. He only wants to learn 3 or 4 notes, and play them over and over and over again...

I think we may have intimidated the poor guy by asking if he wanted to learn any of me and LRTs stuff. Until then, it's been this other project I've been involved with, with the bass player and his brother...and it is very punk....I'm okay to play punk. Hell, I'll play blues, or classic rock type poop with ya...or even some acoustic stuff. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to jam. In my true heart though, I am 100% metal. All of it. From black to folk metal, I dig it. It courses through my veins. I literally bleed heavy metals....lol

So anyway, I dunno if he just hates metal or if he's discouraged or what....I just don't know....

P.S. LRT is an poop chute.

Hey, @mcblink I thought you bled potatoes?
Only when I drink vodka....lol

Nah. I used to be a trucker. Before that I was just a farm boy....I've got a pretty broad work experience. Long story short, after a bunch of different jobs across a bunch of different fields, I became a Critical Facilities Technician...that deals with everything associated with creating a healthy habitat for massive server rooms in datacenters....

Until I got $hitcanned last fall. I had been having issues with my boss that went on far too long (I could create an entire other thread about that type of literally worthless human beings) but to summarize: I was fired, and I think it was one of the best things to happen to me in a long time. I knew potato harvest was coming and it was gonna be strong, so I fell back on my trucking and farming skills and earned a living for the winter. Harvest has been over for a while, but between the long hours and the wages a driver makes on the farm, it's kept a roof over my head. I pay homage sometimes by overindulgence in vodka...lol

I've been unemployed for a couple months now, but I have an opportunity next month to take a position, if they choose me, as a CFT, and it would set me straight again. I feel like I have an excellent chance to get this one. So we'll see.

I'll miss all the time I have had to play these last few months.. they triggered a creative response in me....I don't wanna lose it.

But... real life, y'know? Has a way of keeping us grounded lol
