More Cowbell...

Classic.

Due to a legal dispute with the record company, BOC did some gigs in the early 80s under the pseudonym Söft White Underbelly and we played a few of the same clubs in Jersey a couple of days apart.

I wanted to go see them but I was gigging six, sometimes seven nights a week with my band. One week we actually played eight gigs including a Sunday matinee at an adventure park. We had half our road crew take our rehearsal gear there and set up in the afternoon, while the other guys took the truck to the big club so we could do the nighttime show with our full gear. It was a lot of extra work for the crew; we paid them tax-free cash on top of their regular paychecks.

I saw them on the Agents of Fortune tour and then again during the Spectres tour which was the Godzilla album. The Agents of Fortune tour was far far better...

I can't remember which tour was what. I just went and seen them when they came to the Binghamton arena. Seen Van Halen, Ted Nugent, Rush, Lynyrd Skynryd, Twisted Sister, Fog Hot, Johnny Winter, I think Edger Winter too, etc at the arena back in the day. I can't afford to go to concerts anymore, gotta watch them on youtube after the fact - lol...

If you name nearly any band from the 70's I most likely saw them. I was a concert hound of the highest degree. I started going in 1972
and went all the way through the late 90's and then I pretty much quit. The wife and I have been to about half a dozen in the last few years.

We saw Trower, Roger Waters, and Blondie in recent years to name a few.

I think the only big name band I missed was The Who. I had tickets to the Cincinnati disaster show, but I couldn't get back to town in time.

The band I saw the most times were Zappa at least 5 times, Kansas 4 times, Heart 4 times, Ted Nugent 4 times. Other notables I've only seen once
are Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, KISS, Edgar Winter, Elton John, Aerosmith, AC-DC, Fleetwood Mac, and The Eagles.

Many, many more than that, but those just popped in my head easily.
