What kind of milk do you have in tge US that would send you to the ER if it had gone bad? It has been pasteurized?

They say what, like 2 hours above 40°F is about the limit for safety? I dunno, it smells ok. Waste not want not, right? Lol

Sure, but still. Pasteurized milk will not harm you unless you have put something dangerous in it. I wouldn’t waste it id it smells ok.

And those serious trots need an antibiotic to fix before serious intestinal damage is done...

Eventually the milk will go sour, and you dont want to drink it then. But my point is you will notice if it is sour by the smell. If it smells ok, it is ok. Milk producers her eencourage people not to throw away the milk if it smells and tastes ok, even after its best before date, to minimize waste...
