USA Made Quality Control:

Hated doing it....feel ripped off.

Cats ate bigger than stock and i have super-tight clearance at the heat shield in the left side. The leak is stopped, but not sure i have enough clearance for the upward torque of the engine....i guess we have to wait and see...

When I put full length headers on my 95 Formula I had to remove the heat shield from the floor pan and get a little ornery with a big pry bar to keep the passenger side of the Y pipe from banging. Just part of the game.

I think I remember you mentioning something about some upgrades on the nose while you were repairing. If this is true, you know what we say..... photos or it didn’t happen.

I had toyed with the idea of a custom body kit called "The Predator," which actually makes this era Mustang look like a 1967 Shelby...but the budget just doesn't support that right now.

I'm just replacing the broken parts for now, but, I am also upgrading to new headlamp, foglamps, exhaust mods, and some just plain fun additions as i go along.

I may have even found a firm that can produce factory-formed carpet in the correct shade of yellow to match the body.

Headlights are en route. I went with these that are a direct-fit for 2005-2009 Mustang, but use a 2010-up style marker lamp inside the headlight body:

The best part is, both of these new lamps can be had for the same $135.00 budget the insurance gave me for one used Ford headlamp...
